[Regarding streaming ticket sales]

・The streaming ticket sales period will be from 10 PM, May 11, 2022 to 11:59 PM, August 21, 2022 (JST).
・Once the performance has ended, you will be able to rewatch the archived stream as much as you want until 11:59 PM, August 21, 2022 (JST).

・A service fee of 220 yen will be charged at the time of ticket purchase.
・Before purchasing your ticket, please read the recommendations and requirements for watching the broadcast given by SPWN streaming service carefully and ensure that you have a suitable Internet connection and access to a device that meets the recommended system.
・Once you purchase the ticket, it cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded unless the event is postponed or canceled.
・Internet or device issues may cause video or audio quality errors, or interruptions or termination of the stream. Please understand that we will not be able to refund your ticket under these circumstances.
・Video streams require large amounts of data, so please ensure you have access to a stable Internet connection.
・Use of video content from this stream for commercial purposes is prohibited (e.g. charging others to watch this stream).
・Recording or filming the video or audio of this stream using devices such as cameras, smartphones, or computers is strictly prohibited, as is reposting or sharing such data.
(But you will be allowed to take screenshots of this stream and post it to your social media.)
・Users who are found to have committed prohibited, illegal, or otherwise disruptive acts may be forcibly removed from the stream.
・Any actions that interfere with the operation of the event, or are deemed to infringe on the artists’, organizers’, or other related parties’ rights are prohibited.

・Please ensure that you are able to watch the live stream before purchasing tickets.
・Additional data fees may be charged depending on your internet service provider.
・Unexpected bugs and errors may occur on unsupported devices and environments.

Have come from, or been in close contact with those who are from countries or regions where immigration is prohibited by the government or requires quarantine/monitoring upon arrival within the last 14 days prior to the event.
Have anyone from your family or close acquaintances tested positive or has COVID symptoms.
Have been in close contact with those who have tested positive for COVID-19.
Have been tested positive for COVID-19 or were asked by the doctor to quarantine yourself at home.

・We will check your body temperature and ask you to sanitize your hands.
・We will deny your entry to the event if you have a fever above 37.5℃.
・Please cooperate with us to keep your distance from other participants by following our instructions and footmarks prepared at the venue.
・Venue rules must be maintained when exiting the venue as well, so please have some leeway in your schedule on the day of the event.
・Please refrain from trading merchandise at the event venue.
・Please bring your own mask and wear it at all times during attendance to the event. If you do not wear a mask, we may ask you to leave the venue.
・Event staff will be wearing face shields, masks, and gloves during the event.
・Please refrain from talking, shouting, cheering, or any other actions that make vocal sounds.
・During the event, please stay in your designated seat arrangement and refrain from moving to other seats or doing any activity that can be a nuisance to other participants.
・The duration for the event is estimated at around 2 hours. Within that period, air will be circulated through a ventilation system provided at the venue.
・Please refrain from waiting for your companions near the venue before and after the event.
・We may ask you to leave the venue if you cannot comply with our instructions.
・In the events where any attendee is tested positive for COVID-19, we may provide your personal information upon the request from local authorities and health care centers and contact you for details.
・If you do not feel well after entering the venue, please seek assistance from a staff member nearby.
・The event may be suspended or canceled upon request for suspension of business from the local government. We may also revise parts of the event.
・There may be changes with the opening time of the venue and starting time of the event. The aforementioned notwithstanding, due to concerns regarding COVID-19, we may suspend, cancel, or revise parts of the event. Refunds to the tickets cannot be made unless the event is canceled due to sudden changes in the policy of the local government.
・There may be changes in the precautions or the event details according to the local government’s advice. In such cases, please check the event page or social media for the details.
・On the day of the event, the venue and the staff members will take full measures on preventing COVID-19 infections.

[Ticket (Venue)]
・Participation of preschoolers is not allowed.
・A maximum of 2 tickets can be purchased per person.
・Reselling of tickets and ticketing rights to a third party or any action that can be deemed as business-wise sales promotion are strictly prohibited. Reselling includes buying and selling at auction sites, third-party online sales, ticket shops, purchase agencies, scalpers, or any other malicious third parties. We will nullify the tickets in question and prohibit entrance to anyone involved if we acknowledge any reselling of the tickets.
・You can only purchase tickets on your smartphones (iPhone/Android). Please note that you cannot purchase tickets on your PCs or tablets.
・To redeem your tickets, you must download “ローチケ電子チケット” on your smartphone.
・If you have purchased 2 tickets, you must send the ticket to your companion as well. Therefore, you will also need to provide necessary information upon your ticket purchase.
・Your companion must download “ローチケ電子チケット” application as well.
・If your companion’s smartphone is not compatible with the application, you cannot send the ticket to them.
・Please check below system requirements before your purchase.

*Even if your hardware meets the above system requirements, your hardware may not be compatible with the application if you have purchased it outside of Japan.

*If you cannot attend the event due to personal reasons, you can hand over your tickets through the Resale system. [Lockers]
・There are large and small lockers available at the venue.
In accordance with the preventative measures for COVID-19, please sanitize your hands before using the lockers.
・Please note that large lockers are in limited availability. If you have a lot of baggage with you, please consider using lockers outside the venue such as lockers in Toyosu Station.
・Using the locker without locking its door is strictly prohibited. To use the lockers, please prepare coins and make sure you lock the lockers. In the event you lose the key, you will be liable for the compensation of the key which is 3,000 yen. If you cannot pay the compensation fee, we cannot return your baggage.

[Regarding concert lights]
・In order to minimize issues regarding the use of concert lights, please follow the guidelines below.

The following concert light specifications are not allowed:
・Modified and homemade lights, as well as lights not sold in the market
・Lights with a length longer than 25cm
・Lights that outshine and obstruct the performance
* Refrain from using ultra-bright lights (such as UOs) during the performance.
Staff reserve the right to impose additional restrictions on usable concert lights.

Do not do the following acts with your concert lights:
・Holding more than one light on each hand (Please only hold a maximum of one light per hand)
・Obstructing the view of other audience members
* Refrain from waving around or throwing your lights, or any act that may damage the venue.
* Please make sure to not drop your lights at all times when at the venue.
